marisa mandrell, founder of sanctuary, is a dual-certified yoga and pilates instructor based in bethesda, maryland. marisa has trained for 400+ hours in yoga at studios across the united states. she also spent a year studying the classical comprehensive pilates system in washington, d.c.
she brings the same quality of attention to every client: centering first, breath always, precision throughout.
